Cleveland Beer Week 2010--October 15-23

 

October 15-23, 2010---Cleveland's 2nd Annual Beer Week.   All week more than 100 venues throughout the area will have a plethera of Beer and Drink tastings,  some very special dinners and other various events. This is sure to be an amazing celebration of craft and microbrew beers.    Cleveland has some of the best brewers in the country so be sure to get out and enjoy CLEVELAND BEER WEEK.

My Cleveland Beer Week:  (UPDATED 10/23)

• On Friday the 15th I attended the Winking Lizard 10-10-10 Tapping at the Bedford Heights Location and then headed over to the Fat Heads IPA Fest--Check out the Review
• On Saturday the 16th I had dinner at Beer Engine and was there for the tapping of a new Lagunitas Brew!---Check out the Review. 
• On Monday the 18th I attended attended the Heinen's Hop Tasting Event.    Glenn from Heinen's really had a great selection to taste from along with having several cheese and cracker snacks to refresh our tastebuds from all the different hops!  A wonderful start to the week! 
• On Tuesday the 19th I attended the B-Spot Victory Tapping--- Check out the Review
• On Thursday the 21st I attended the Winking Lizard event with Buckeye Brewing---Check out the Review
  On Friday the 22nd I attended Melt in Cleveland Heights for dinner and some Cleveland Beer Week Specials!---Check out the Review
• On Saturday the 23rd I'll be at BREWZILLA!!

The official closing event of Cleveland Beer Week! BREWZILLA features crafts and imports from more than 80 breweries, a special "Ohio Brewery" showcase sponsored by V107.3 and with plenty of local brews to try, the last chance to taste all six collaborative brews made by Ohio breweries for Cleveland Beer Week 2010, and food pairings courtesy of Heinen's and Winking Lizard. Proceeds benefit the Malone Scholarship Fund (managed by Cleveland Scholarship Programs).
