The glory of Mardi Gras began long before Europeans set foot in the New World. And while the period of abandon and merriment grew to a modern day pre-Lent spectacle, the Chefs are tweaking the recipe – for a culinary celebration of hard-earned Cleveland spring-time revival and renewal.
Bead up and journey to the river’s edge for a foodie feast, featuring Executive Chef Chris Quinn. As Master of Ceremonies, Chef Quinn will serve up a Mardi Gras seasonal menu full of flavor within a venue sure to surprise.
The party awakens with a grand procession through the entrance to 2020 Center Street, an historic icon steeped in surreal ambiance that uniquely sets the stage for a memorable Mardi Gras en Mai.
