EmergingChefs is joining forces with Mandala Collective, LLC to bring Cleveland a new kind of food experience called NeoFoodTours.
The First tour will take place on April 28th from 6pm to 9pm in Ohio City and will feature Dragonfly, Momocho, Light Bistro and Flying Fig.
So what is NEO Food Tours??? It is a culinary exploration of the northeast Ohio region and its many flavors. Learn about each neighborhood, its unique characteristics and history while visiting the many creative dining establishments that flourish there. Each tour will feature 4 to 6 restaurants on a guided walking tour through the neighborhood. We will sit down for approximately 20 minutes at each restaurant and talk with the chef/owner about their food and what inspires their culinary creations. Everyone will be served a small plate featuring “off menu” creations and paired with a special beverage. Every tour will be done as a progressive course dinner and we will start with an appetizer and conclude at the last restaurant with a desert.
Tickets: There are only 16 tickets available TOTAL for this event.
This is an all weather event so please dress appropriately. The Food Tour will be walking outdoors between restaurants. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
