Dinner in the Dark on March 21st at Bistro on Lincoln Park

The very next Dinner in the Dark is right around the corner.  On March 21st it will be held at the Bistro on Lincoln Park.   The Cost is $81.60 per person and the start time for the event is at 6:30pm.

Dinner in the Dark's Idea:
An impromptu dinner designed to stimulate your palate and surprise your taste buds by offering you no idea of what you will eat or drink or who will be cooking for you.

Imagine allowing yourself to let go of your inhibitions and enjoy great food and wine from some of Cleveland's best chefs, by allowing them to indulge in their most inner creativeness and challenge your senses.

How Does It Work?
Guests will make reservations at the host restaurant for selected dates. Participating Chefs will create dishes of their whim. No rules, no secret ingredients --- just food straight from their heart and soul, however they see the beauty of food through their
own eyes. Libations will be paired with each course.

Who Thought of this Crazy Idea?
Dinner in the Dark is an organization created by chefs Ellis Cooley of AMP 150, Brian Okin and Jeff Jarrett of Palate Cleveland.  Each month, Dinner in the Dark gathers six local chefs to create a six-course dinner.  The chefs and the menu are not revealed to the diners until that evening.
